do you think it will be ready by Feb 8th? I sent out my entries on Monday. On Sunday I bottled my fresh west coast style IPA. But I didn't enter it because its fucking cold out right now. I don't think that it would carbonate in transit. Also, what if they put the entries in a storage that was cold?

I have sent out beer before where I bottled it the day before i sent it out but that was when it was warmer than 50F outside.

I bottled my "Janet's Brown" that was kegged and carbed. I just needed to get it bottled. I've got it packed up and I'll stop off at the UPS station tonight after work.

I wonder how many "Janet's Brown" recipes will be entered into this comp? I entered it in American Brown, and Specialty (Brown IPA). I also sent in an English Bitter.

I ran out of bottles (I wasn't sending in my swing top 16oz beauties), so I had to drink last night so I could clean and sanitize the bottle.

Now I've got to get ready for Amber Waves of Grain! I already missed Knickerbocker, since I wasn't paying attention to the entry deadlines...

got at least twice as many entries for Amber Waves of Grain. Just don't want to ship 60 pounds of beer across the state.

Yes, we should have them up within a few days of the comp. We usually start getting annoying emails about it 18 hours after the competition ends
