Congrat's Bug, on the silver. I couldn't get my Belgians out to that fest soon enough.

Bug, do you double mash for this? or do you have the capacity for 23#'s o grain?

I fermented this at 65° in my fermentation fridge.

I do a batch sparge in a 52 quart (13 gallon) rectangular cooler. Lots of room in there.
