at least wasted enough to forget where (or if, even) I wrote down my OG

Fuck it, it will be beer, and I will drink it. Just might not be able to replicate it.

Been there. Done that.

Like wise... I passed out one brew session and the wife had to wake me up... boiled for 3 hours....

I'm in. I put a Janet's Brown in the fermenter Monday night so I should be ready to package and ship by mid-January. I had to do some hop substitutions as my LBHS had neither Cascade nor Northern Brewer. I used leaf Perle (bred from NB) for NB and Amarillo for Cascade. I'll be dry hopping with Centennial per the recipe.

Mylo- have sent requested info.

Looking forward to it!

Mine is delicious, I've only got about 2.5 gallons left! I emailed Mylo a while ago to tell him I'm sitting out the competition - I screwed up my calculations and missed the IBUs by 10-12 points (actually put it more in line with BJCP guidelines), so it's not as bitter as it should be. Hopefully I have some left after tonight to send out for Secret Santa.
