One of the local homebrew supply store owners has a bunch of similar kits on a larger scale they use and highly recommend. No need for specialty grains, hops, or anything. Just add water to get 5 or 6 gallons. They say they rarely brew any other way. The kits come in several premixed styles. Strange.

You might as well just go to the store and buy some beer!

Was poking around a local homebrew/wine store, and I saw that shit on the bottom shelf. I just started laughing, thinking about the Ninkasi....
