Philly Area BN Meetup

In another thread I off-handedly suggested a BN meetup for those of us in the Philly area. Seems at least a few of us are up for it so I thought I'd create a new thread and actually run with this.

So where to meet? Obviously we've got a ton of great options all over the Philly area. I think the first question is whether we want to do Center City or the 'Burbs. While I'm a short drive/train ride into the city, it sounds like most folks are further out so that might make more sense.

A few ideas I had are Iron Hill in North Wales, Capone's in Norristown, the General Lafayette Inn or Earth Bread & Brewery. I'm up for just about anywhere though.

Anyone else interested in attending or have any thoughts on where to meet?

I would be in for it....I am close to Iron Hill but have never been to Capones so whatever. Anyone else?

One vote for Drafting Room in Spring House or Craft Ale House in Limerick. I could probably drag Atomic Punk out as well.

Capones is nice but it might be too small if we get a crowd. I live right near a train station so I dont care if we do it in the city or burbs.

The Drafting room is nice. Went to Hopfest there.
Iron Hill in North Wales is pretty nice as well.

Never been to Capones. BUT, I'm good for anywhere. I'll ask SWMBO to drive!!

We should do it on a Friday night close to a hotel that way if someone has to much..... And by someone I mean me.

Drafting Room in Spring House sounds like a good idea. I'm all for it.

How about Friday, November 13th or Friday, November 20th? The only conflict on the 13th is the Grey Lodge will be having another Friday the Firkinteenth. I'd love to have our meetup there but anyone who's been knows it's packed wall to wall.

Sounds good, I'll just need to check the wife's on call schedule. I'll call over and wake up Atomic Punk, haven't seen him on the forum in a while (since GABF). He's still recovering from drinking all that PBW.
