BN Army out in full force at the W.E.B.

Tue May 19, 2009 4:48 am

Great time this weekend at the W.E.B. ! Saw a lot of :bnarmy: shirts in the crowd. Thanks to all of you that attended. I brewed on Friday night and all went well except a random spectator dropping peanut shells into my boil :? Oh well we'll see what happens

That's pretty screwed up, but slightly funny.

That's always the fun thing about doing homebrew demonstrations. You always get that dip shit that wants to smoke a cigar around your cooling wort or spill some beer in it. Ah well...we have to introduce them to the hobby somehow.
By the way, you can check out a short clip about the World Expo of Beers at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F-kDKGeKzXs

Good to hear that the Army was out in force. I was fortunate enough to have a Coconut Sweet Stout take 3rd! Also maybe crupp can help me out. I had the base beer entered and it recieved a 45.5 but it didnt place as it went on to a mini BOS (and no I do not side with JP on mini BOS judging)

I was hoping on a longshot that crupp might be able to hook me up with the BOS judges as to some ways to make it more to style. As I said I know it might be a strech but if you could hook me up I will owe you a sixer!
