Just keep it cold and the temps stable and it will be fine. I don't think you have enough time to rebrew a strong beer like that. Most of the beers that need to be rebrewed are beers with hops pale ales, ipas, blonde ales.

I can't wait to hear the results, and I can. It's a little nerve wracking.

It is a bit nerve-wracking, isn’t it?
I see that the Great Lakes Region went from NA to processing today…should be coming soon!

I have a theory BooBoo! It sounds like total Bullshit to me. I think you're beers were so good that whoever opened them just pounded them and then didn't have anything left to judge so they had to make up some lame excuse. Sorry Brotha :(

just got off the phone with Janis....trying to work something out :jnj

in case anyone cares.....the AHA has agreed to advance all of my entries because of the incompetence of the organizers for the NorthEast region. They had 4 weeks to let me know that there was a problem and they never made a single attempt. Janis is pissed at them for not doing what they should have. I told them that of my 8 entries, only 6 were worthy of the second round. So i'm sending: a mead, a mild, belgian blond with brett, dusseldorf alt, apricot IPA, and a belgian strong dark.

I'm glad it worked out for you, boobo. It's not like this is some run of the mill competition...this is Nationals...brewers brew all year for this thing.
Good luck!
