I try to put in as many as I can afford. I could probably enter as many as 18 but I know a few wouldn't stand a chance because of there age or not fitting in to a style.

BrewerB are you saying you don't have a quality beverage on tap right now? You will be surprized how well a quality brewed beverage does. The ones I think are going to place don't and the ones I doubt do anything place.

I got a few California Commons and just brewed a Rogue Shakespeare Stout clone. I could drop a few off a B3 since I'll be in NorCal shortly.

Sent both of these beers to TBN too so I was going to await their feedback before entering them.

When's the deadline? I'm too lazy to check...

You need to drop them off or mail them to your regional location which can be found here:

http://www.beertown.org/events/nhc/entry.html

That site lists the date windows, too.

I'm entering three this year. Again, under the Brewing Network "club." My freaking beers have to go to Alaska! Pyramid is helping NW'ers ship early but my won't be ready until last minute. Oh well, It's what I do. Gonna cost like $50 to ship or something. Whatever. Good luck to all the BN'rs. Rock on.

I wasn't planning on entering anything, but I think I will afterall. Why not get the feedback, right? I had two beers that won gold in a local comp, so I think I'll submit one or both of those. Don't expect to get past the first round though.

Do it man. The feedback is good. But if you won some gold- definitely do it.

Anyone know if Samuel Adams bottles are acceptable?

Most comps want your beer bottles free of ink, labels, etc. Samuel Adams bottles have the name engraved into the glass. Just wondering if that's ok.

Don't see anything in the rules that disallows it...
