I'm a bit embarrassed to be asking this, but I don't really know/understand what a community brew is.

Can someone explain?

Well the way it is suppose to work is this:
We all decide on one recipe or a style, We brew it, register on this site Mylo set up, you send 1 bottle to 3 or 4 different people on the forum who have volunteered to judge, The top few are then told to send bottles to the Rat Pad where they do the final judging on air and name a winner.
