Details have arrived. It's a done deal. I'll make a more official post here too.

Still working on the dinner Friday, so not a done deal yet on that part.

J

Thanks!
You should have called it "BNA4 - Continued" so you could unload some shirts!

Is there a single hotel (other then the rat pad) where everyone is staying? If I am flying out for the weekend, I want the maximum BN experience.

There's no hotels near Linden St. I'd recommend getting a place downtown near the BART stop as any other activities (In oakland or SF) will be easily accessible.

Here's a handy dandy map. if you click on the bart stations, it'll give you the service map:

That hotel is walking distance to the Trappist and Pacific Coast Brewing Co.

Thinkin' about getting there on Thursday. Any suggestions from the locals on where to stay? Same hotel as AHA conference? anything cheaper?

How about a "pre-Beer fest party" at Downtown Joe's or 21A on Thursday night? Justin, can yo ufind a sponsor for that too?

I was looking at staying at http://www.innatthesquare.com/
looks close, clean and good price on hotels.com....

What about pre-party at Trappist or Pacific Coast Brewing?

mm... I was thinking about trying to get out to San Fran beer week... I guess I could come out 6-7 days earlier.

Adding BN debauchery to my trip would really tie the whole experience together.
