I wasn't looking for score sheets just yet, but was hoping that at least the results (winners) would be posted somewhere. I'm checking the hopheads.com website daily as well as here and B3 forums. Thanks for the info though.

I entered a dunkelweizen and a cider and a friend entered two beers as well. East coast represent! Hopefully we won something...at a min, I'd like some good, impartial feedback from the judges.

I managed to find the results linked on another forum, here they are:

First of all, congrats to all the winners. My buddy took second in the Irish ales.

Second, I noticed that the style numbers were different in the comp results than what is listed in the 2008 BJCP style guidelines linked on the competition announcement site. For instance, I entered a Dunkelweizen which is 15B in the guidelines but the competition results says that 15 is English and American IPA...just a small difference. I also entered a cider in 28A, which according to the comp results, 28 is smoke flavored beers...again just a small difference.

I hope my beer ended up in the right category, the scoresheets will tell. I'd be very discouraged if I get poor feedback because I entered the "wrong" category. This is my first comp and I was hoping to get some good feedback at minimum. I just have this funny feeling that I am going to score really, really low for entering the "wrong" category.

Anyone who dropped their beers off at Morebeer Concord can go back and pick up them up. They were never moved to Southern California for judging. I don't know anything about why they weren't. I just happened to be in their cooler looking for some hops and saw them there. Now I wish I had entered because I would have made sure they were sent down on the truck since I've been burnt before.
