I like Amarillo as a Centennial sub. I think it's closer than you'll get with Cascade.

Surely you guys aren't having trouble getting Centennial?!? I can even get it over here in the UK.

how is everybody doing in finding the hops needed for janet's brown? I have postponed my brew day for this until next weekend since i have found northern brewer hops and awaiting their arrival.

Where did you get the Northern Brewer? That is the only hop that I can't find...

kegkits.com is selling northern brewer hops too. just ordered mine today to brew Janet's Brown and hopefully get it spot on.
