You've got time, brotha. RDWHAHB. I gave everyone 3 weeks to ferment, 3 to condition, and 3 to package and ship. Just do it in the next few weeks and you'll be good.

Hey guys I'll be up for this, although being in the UK will make beer shipping unfeasible. I'll have to score myself, hmmm, lots of diacetyl, no body, a harsh bitter aftertaste I think I'll give it a 46!

Anyone else from my side of the pond interested?

The hops and yeast are no problem but the grain might be slightly different.

I am going to try very hard to make sure that people do not have to ship very far. I don't know if we have enough UK representation for your own group - but maybe a European group. I just can't see the trans-atlantic shipping working out for anybody. I recently saw a FREAKIN' SWEET deal on a beer engine on eBay. Unfortunately the shipping was DOUBLE what the buy it now price was... GRRR.

Yeah beer engines are heavy man! Actually I thought of taking a beer engine with me each time I visit the states. I could make a bit of beer money.

Come on you euro-BNers. Time for a global community brew.

What's a good Centennial substitute?
Pri: Community Nudity Ale, Magician Red Ale, Berliner Weisse
Bottled: Paxton's Tripel and Dubbel, 400 Rabbits Ale, Cap'n Crunch Amber Oat Ale

Cascade, possibly Columbus or Chinook. Analytically a blend of 70% Cascade and 30% Columbus will give similar profile.
