I'm in....

If it's ok that I work at a brewery. Technically that doesn't make me any better brewer than any of you, but I'm at the mercy of you guys.

Also, one of the reasons we chose the 70/- last time was because the recipe used very few hops. So just keep that in mind.

All things considered I'm all for Janet's brown!!
I think I've had about enough beer tonight...Now I need some Whiskey to sober up

Personally I'd think that if you're here and contributing that's good enough for me.

I'm up for this whole thing too if time permits. I'll need to get my hands on the extract version of the recipe.

I will post the recipe, if the Pope waves his smoking purse. I have sent him an email. If posted, we will have extract, pm, and all-grain options. Otherwise - you will have to go out and buy the book (which you should own anyway), if you want to participate.

I was actually considering brewing this recipe (or a slight variation there-of) next weekend. What kind of timeline are you guys thinking for having this finished. I might want to jump into the game!

BE, you :asshat: ..... I understand you not reading the whole thread - but Sheen answered this 8 posts ago on the same page!

It sounds like we have the recipe identified. It will probably take 6-8 weeks before we distribute. I think if you brew this anytime in the next month you'll be good. I already have the ingredients for a Belgian Specialty - but then I'm doing the Brown.

I will need the following from everyone who says they are in 1) Full name and address, 2) email address (if different from the address you send from), 3) forum name, and 4) BJCP rank or equivalent experience. For those who participated in the first one - just send me your BJCP rank. Email me the above at keith [at] mycek [dot] com.
