Finally bottled, boxed, and will be shipped tommorrow.


I would have had it sent sooner but it was hell getting this beer carbonated,
you see, I blew the relief valve on my gas manifold last month (don't ask :asshat: ) and haven't recieved my new one yet.
If I don't shut my gas off every time I run the chance of losing 25#s of Co2, and yes I've done that more than once :asshat: :asshat:

It's finally where I want it, hope they transfered well to the bottles.

I just lost 20 pounds of CO2 somewhere in my basement to a gas line leak too. I can't seem to find it, but it may be contributing to the "cellar warming effect" that is causing strife for my lagers. I was reduced to using little paintball/seltzer style canisters to push beer for tonight's after-work "tasting session".
