Which, pray tell, is the newest one? Around 1-2 p.m. seems like about the time we would be there as well.

The new brewery at New Glarus is indeed the Hilltop one. Yeah, my buddies and I will be there around 1-2 p.m. on Tuesday as best I can figure. I'll be driving, so I won't be able to do much sampling, As long as I can buy some bottles I'm fine with that.
