I had a great time at the Pro night and tasting the IPA right along with you guys. I have never meet two guys that know so much about hops. When Ben started talking about different crops years and the flavor and aromatics of each. Then Nahthan with your amazing flavor descriptors of hops and how they smell and taste WOW!!

HOP DORKS! OK for a homebrew event, try it out at a random bar sometime. Ben's attention to the crop variations was amazing. He's putting into practice those things that Matt's been telling us about hops all along...
