Yea, here are your 'Northern Brewer' hops, Dressel

Vacuum sealed for freshness.

I wondered why my beer tastes like shit every time I get hops from you. I just thought they were organic hops.

Brewing NOW! I had to make some adjustments to the hops, but otherwise it is Tasty's recipe. Just checked my gravity 40 min into the boil... I may have overshot my gravity again... 1.067 with 50 min left. Will post OG when it is done boiling.

OG 1.072, pitched my yeast and it is sittung at 65f. Tasted really good. Before the final 3 hop additions it was very malty, when transferring to the fermenter it had some pretty good bitterness. Looking forward to tasting this one!

Stuck mash. Overshot the gravity too. (6 gallons at 1.072!)
I think It's gonna be good, though.

Yeah I plotted mine out in Beersmith and it estimated 1.072 OG so I left out 1# of 2row and got 1.065 OG after boil so I'm happy with that.
Pri: Community Nudity Ale, Magician Red Ale, Berliner Weisse
Bottled: Paxton's Tripel and Dubbel, 400 Rabbits Ale, Cap'n Crunch Amber Oat Ale
