This is going to be another great one in our WAHA Educational Series-

Brian is a great guy and fellow BN Asshat!! (BTW, "Big Al" of Big Al Brewing is a fellow home brewer who went pro just this past year.)

Look forward to seeing you again Brian!

=======================================

The Washington Homebrewers Association would like to invite all homebrewers and beer lovers to hear the third speaker of WAHA's Educational Speaker Program - Brian Perkey of Wyeast Laboratories.

Come to Big Al Brewing on March 27th to hear Brian speak about your yeast and how best to make it work for you. Come ready to get to know your yeast and get all of your yeast questions answered.

The dialogue will be focused on how yeast and different yeast management processes affect the flavors, aromas, and profiles of your beers. We’ll discuss topics like fundamentals of yeast, yeast growth, pitching rates, yeast propagation / starter creation, yeast quality control, yeast washing/reusing, oxygenation, advanced topics and anything else you’d like to learn about so bring your questions.

We are working to register this event to qualify for BJCP CEP points so judges, come on down!!! Admission is free and the event is open to all homebrewers and beer lovers. We ask that people RSVP in advance at http://tinyurl.com/waha-wyeast.

We encourage people to come early, grab a few pints and support our host. All throughout the night you will be able to buy Big Al's great beers at the bar. If you wear your WAHA t-shirt, you’ll get a discount on your pints!

Sounds like a great talk, wish I was closer. Maybe someone in the army can capture the audio and get permission to distribute it.

Great time last night. Thanks Brian! Great seeing you again. LOTS of great Q&A.

I know we were recording it, but I'm not sure how well the audio came out. We'll let you know.
