Matter of fact, I worked my ass off all weekend trying to get as many batches out as I could for this one. I did my first 4 all grain batches in the course of a single week. With luck, they'll all turn out half-way decent. Or at least one will. Or at least they won't poison anyone. I can't make any promises.

I'll be dropping my entries off at Niagara Tradition as soon as they're ready.

I neither the time nor ingredients to brew this weekend... I was planning on brewing Feb 7th and I don't think my Kolsch would be ready in time. Oh well, I've got my American Brown, and my Oatmeal Stout should be ready.

i may do a flight or two. I am organizer and prize patrol dude. Organizer's don't get credit for judging flights....plus I'll be busy making sure everything goes smoothly and that your beers are at the right temperatures for judging.

oh...and you can't judge a category if you entered a beer in it....and that may only leave one or two categories that i may judge.
