I just got home from my first 2010 SDBW event. Down Town Johhny Browns 2nd annual Rare Barrel Aged Beer Night. I started with Calabaza from Jolly Pumkin, then I went to Rodenbach Vintage an unblended Rodenbach aged for 3 years, followed by Concecration, there was a beer I had never tried before from Belgium...a Flemish Brown..I can't remember the name but it rivaled the Rodenbach. I finished with Green Flash Silva Stout. Plus I tasted many beers from friends that shared with me...ballast Point Victory at Sea, Bourbon Barrel aged Sea Monster stout with vanilla... and a few more that escape the mamories at this point!
Enjoy Great Beer!
