I will be there today from 2-5 PM. Will be on the lookout for the special brew taps.

Guess I'm going to rant a little....but was this an IPA fest? So many damn IPAs there. Quite a bit of Red Ales and wheat beers too. Not much variety on the creative side of beers though.

Plus I wasn't very impressed with the bar scene in down town Portland. Every place had the same generic stuff on tap. The only local stuff was the big name stuff that you would find anywhere. One place had Ninkasi Brewing but I can get that up here too. I know of the Brass Horse down there but it wasn't anywhere close to where we were staying and it was on the other side of the water.

I still had fun though. Can't wait for next year.

I dunno. I didn't have a single IPA. It was 92 degrees out and the last thing I wanted to do was drink any IPAs.

Laughing Dog had their Dogzilla Black IPA which was pretty tasty.

I agree that there were too many IPAs - there was much more variety last year. Opening up the Buzz Tent to the world was a nice touch though.

Twinsbro, you should have checked out Baileys. It's a beer bar downtown with a good 20 or so rotating taps. Also, don't limit your Portland experience to "downtonwn", that's a waste! The best beer bars are in the NE and SE. Saraveza, Hop&Vine, Green Dragon, Horsebrass, and Belmont Station could have been solid bets, and that's just off the top of my head.
