Earlier today I helped brew my hop-bursted American IPA at O'Fallon Brewery that we (Garage Brewers Society) poured at club night and the hospitality suite at NHC this year. Last year O'Fallon and one of our club members took second in the comp with the Alright Already Amber so I've got some big shoes to fill.
