Re: Vermont Brewer's Fest Road Trip

I would absolutely stop at Jasper's (a beer or 2 out on their back patio) and The Alchemist had some of THE best beer I've ever tried. We're heading north from CT tomorrow morning with a planned stop at the People's Pint in MA for lunch and then probably Long Trail for a few more by the river. What session are you going to in Burlington? I'll be at the Saturday afternoon session...

Back from the trip. Fest was great, but very hot. Tried some great beers. Some of the favorites were from Lawson's Finest Liquids, Le Trou Diable, Alchemist, and McNeill's.

On the way up to town we stopped at The Alchemist. All the beer was great, so was the food. In town stopped at Flatbread the first night and enjoyed the Local Potion (smoked maple pale ale) and the Solstice Gruit. Next day over to Magic Hat (coolest tasting room I have been in), Vermont Pub and Brewery, and at night to the 3 Needs, where I had a very sour honey red ale.

All in all a great trip.
