Tasty and Nathan-
Thanks for the kind words; it was quite an honor to be able to be in the 2nd round, let alone get a medal. There is no doubt that the Brewing Network has improved my beer making. The information shared has greatly increased my interest in the art, and the added entertainment value of the shows help also. Sitting in front of a computer most of the day, it is easy to put the headphones on and enjoy. For this reason, I wanted to walk past the BN table at the banquet, and thank the "powers that be" for their efforts.
I hope to see many of you at NCHF this year.
Congrats to all of the winners,
-Greg

P.S. Charlie sure had a tough time getting that ribbon over my mellon (good thing Sully didn't win).

The Brewcasters bringing it strong~!

I was especially happy to hear about this one given that it was with his Janet's Brown Ale recipe. Call me sentimental

Hey I'm Irish so you know I was a little shaken when that beer won. I think that crowd reaction took my mind off it. Kissing Stephanie helped too. :)

Haha I hear ya, Tasty. I'm actually planning this summer's brewing schedule almost entirely around your recipe. I tell ya each time I make it I say to myself "If I could never have a beer again I'd be happy". I also just got to the part in the archive where you bumped the OG to 1.070. You're killing me :drink
Too much of a good thing....is a very good thing!

JP: Shat's version of planned parenthood is ordering 2 beers in advance.
