It's caos, really. All these nonsense off-topic threads, and now Nasty is PM'ing me publically.

For those that care, Nasty and I are going down to Tucson this weekend to participate with the THC in their Big Brew at Barrio Brewing. The board over there convinced the kind folks at Barrio to allow us to use their mashtun. We are doing a 50/50 mash (320 lbs of grain) of Munich to Pilsner at 149. We hope to run off 175 gallons of wort that will be used by about 30 homebrewers - to make 5-6 different recipes - everything from a Octoberfest, to a Schwartzbier. Obviously, people will be steeping some grains after the main mash.

Have you tasted our RIS lately? I should check my kegs soon. Too damn lazy to walk in the garage and throw a picnic tap on it.

I just kegged it last week and I tasted it then. It is f-ing so tasty! This beer is going to kick ass. Should be ready in another month or so.
