This is my first Baltimore Brewing Co. beer ever. WOW! What a beer! It pours out a deep golden color, with plenty of head. It faded slowly, leaving a nice lace down to the bottom of the glass. It is extremely fresh, I got mine in a growler from them. It doesn't have much smell to it, but it does smell fresh. Not grassy in the least. A well conditioned beer overall. The American two-row malt gives it a grainy taste, but not unpleasant. The Saaz hops give up a slight aroma, but not too strong. Finishes dry on the tongue. Slight rising of bubbles in glass from start to finish. A really well made local beer. I like it. You will too.
