12 oz. brown, longneck bottle. No freshness date seen anywhere. Poured out a deep caramel color, bordering on brown. Thick, tan colored head lasted a good little while, but not to the bottom of the pint glass. It left a sticky lacing, though. Aromas are of sweet caramel / crystal malts, some dry biscuit notes, and subdued hops. Tastes are mostly of sweet caramel, some background maltiness, and hops make an all too brief appearance at the very end. A little too sweet for my liking, but a decent local brew all the same.
