I just tasted the hydrometer sample of a pilsner I brewed. Here is a quick review: It's hot, bitter garbage. I stuck it in the fridge to lager anyway. Just have to wait and see.

I just had a german pils turn out with a band aid like rubber taste. *sigh* that was suppose to be my local competition beer. Now I am rushing a Kolsch through to make it in time. Thank god I have a filter to filter out that kolsch yeast that doesn't like to flocculate.
