Abita Turbodog

Poured out a very dark brown. Thick, artificial head on it.A lot of very fine bubbles makes this an effervescent brew. Tan colored head that won't die down at all. Aromas mostly absent. Not much to describe in this beer. Some malt notes in the background, but that's it. Slight hops smell to it, but nothing noticeable. Tastes chalky, kind of dry on the palate. Minerally as all get out too. Must be hard water they brew with, because this stuff is like licking a blackboard. Not sweet in the least. Not very hoppy either. I won't be buying this beer again, but one was ok to try.
