Brooklyn Oktoberfest

Mon Jun 20, 2005 7:07 am

12 oz. brown bottle. No freshness date, but it's the 2003 batch. Poured out a bright copper color, with a fast fading head. Left islands of yeast on top of the beer. Fresh aromas of Munich and Vienna malts. No discernable hops aromas. Very malty tasting, kind of burns the back of your throat. Finishes rather sweet, not dry, but crisp all the same. A decent effort from Brooklyn Brewery.
