Chocolate Chili Stout

I am looking to brew a chocolate chili stout for Easter consumption. Does anybody have a recipe?? Or even just a recipe for a nice extra chocolaty stout .

here's a recipe i have in the primary right now, samples taste pretty good

10 lb 2 row
1/2 lb 60*l crystal
1/2 lb 80 *l crystal
.06 lb black patent
1 lb chocolate malt
1/4 lb flaked barley
1/2 lb oats (i used 1 lb)
1/2 lb carapils
1 oz northern brewer 60 min.
1 oz '' '' 20 min.
1056 yeast
8 oz cocoa powder 5 min
primary for 3 weeks
1/2 tsp gypsum in mash
mash 152*-60 min.
ferment 64*
if this isn't enough choc. use some essence at bottling(not sure how much, tho)
