Hi all,
I was just wondering if anyone has brewed the recipe as found on dujour website?
I am keen to try it next week, and thought I would just see if anyone had any feedack/experience with it.

Cheers.

I brewed it back in January. I tapped it in late February and wasn't particularly overwhelmed by it, However, I think most of that was that it needed more age. I need to chill it down and try it again now that it has some age.

Not sure if it is exactly the same recipe, but you might find this link useful.

I checked - it is the same recipe. Note it was 4 years old when it won. One of the hardest things about brewing... Not drinking it until it's really ready.
