Recipe begging

Hey howdy,
Was looking for Ron Hartman's APA recipe Jamil talks about in the 2006 APA show. He listed the ingredients but would anyone have a breakdown of the percentages and hopping schedule?
I was also looking for J.C.'s original Roggenbier recipe, Jamil said his version is amended and not quite the same as the original.
I bought my BCS at the LHBS, respect.
