Has there ever been any discussion about taking every clone recipe that comes through the BNA shows and storing them on the site in Beersmith format or the Beersmith Cloud under a BNA banner? Given the connection between the BNA and Beersmith, it kinda seems obvious, maybe it's already been done and I'm just to old to do the right google search!

You may need the permission of the breweries too. Even though they gave the recipe or clues on the show, having them available in electronic format may be a different story.

Someone starting posting the clone recipes on Homebrewtalk and kept updating the thread, but then stopped ( although I don't think they were asked to stop ).

Even though I doubt most would mind, I'd say go the Northern Brewer route & just use a different name that's close but decipherable. Caribou Slobber? Reflective Pool Pale Ale? Rare Floss? Or just say 'a homebrewer's recipe inspired by...' More loopholes than an ugly christmas sweater

There are already 15 CYBI recipes available as an Add On in Beersmith2. Add Ons --> Add --> BN Can You Brew It Recipes (15) --> Install Add On








You will of course need to scale the recipe to your equipment as they all use the same CYBI Equipment profile.
