So I'm really intrigued with the idea of a S'more Stout. I know it has been done but not real sure who has had success. I put this bill together tonight with hopes that the BN gurus could help me out. What are everyones thoughts? I'm looking to hit the key S'more points of chocolate, mashmallow, gram cracker and a smokey finish. What do you think?
Partial mash:
1 biscuit malt
1 chocolate malt
.5 flaked oats
.5 crystal 80
1 pale 2 row malt
1 roasted barley
.25 smoked malt

3 Dark LME (boil 60 mins)
1 milk sugar/lactose (boil 60 mins)
.5 Dark Brown Sugar (boil 60 mins)
.5 Molasses (boil 60 mins)

1 oz williamette hops (boil 15 mins)
Additional
1 Whirlfloc tablet (boil 15 mins)
12 oz cocoa powder (boil 15 mins)
1 lb honey (boil 5 mins)
.2 oz cinnamon sticks (2 sticks) – (boil 5 mins)
