Everytime I have brewed one and entered it in comps, judges have stated that they are really looking for a noticeable wheat character, which is understood. I have found that hard to achieve with layering of other malts in there covering up the wheat. Your recipe looks clean, crisp, and malty. Just be sure to keep your temps in the low 60's with a healthy sized pitch to get that right balance with that yeast. Let us know how it turns out!
