Draconian Wheat Bock (Weizenbock)

I love Weizenbocks and Im yearning to brew one. Here is my recipe. If you have brewed one, please let me know if Im missing something!

6.5 Gallons

OG: 1.080
FG: 1.021
SRM: 18.1
IBU: 25
ABV: 7.8%

4 lbs 6 oz - Weyermann Pale Wheat (24.5%)
4 lbs 6 oz - Weyermann Dark Wheat (24.5%)
4 lbs 0 oz - Weyermann Munich Type II (22.4%)
4 lbs 0 oz - Weyermann Pilsner (22.4%)
0 lbs 12 oz - Weyermann Melanoidin (4.2%)
0 lbs 2 oz - Weyermann Carafa III (1.4%)

Weihenstephan Weizen (#3068)

Magnum - .60 oz - 60 mins

Everytime I have brewed one and entered it in comps, judges have stated that they are really looking for a noticeable wheat character, which is understood. I have found that hard to achieve with layering of other malts in there covering up the wheat. Your recipe looks clean, crisp, and malty. Just be sure to keep your temps in the low 60's with a healthy sized pitch to get that right balance with that yeast. Let us know how it turns out!
