Here is what I have for a recipe thus far:
10 gallon batch
Mash 150F w/ possible Hochurz Decoction
OG: 1.088
64.5% Pils
32.2% Munich
2.8% Carmunich III 60L
0.4% Carafa III
45 IBUs at 60 min Magnum
5 IBUs of Vangaard at 30 min
4 oz of Vangaard at Flameout/20 minute WP
WYeast 1007
Ferment 56F
Thoughts? Considering going 65:30:4:1 on the grain percentages because I like nice even numbers
