Bell's Double Cream Stout

Does any one have a recipe for bells double cream stout?

I got this recipe from byo through the NB forum...but the bell's website says 10 specialty grains...


This is from the July/August 2003 issue of Zymurgy magazine.

Bell's Double Cream Stout Clone

Target OG 1.068
Target IBU 50

10 lb. Munich malt
1 lb. flaked barley
1 lb. roasted barley

Single step infusion mash @ 150-152 deg. F. for a highly fermentable wort.

1.25 oz. Nugget hops - 10% alpha acid - 60 minutes

Boil 90 minutes.

Wyeast 1056 American Ale yeast
Just fine,
