So I brewed Jamils American Ale in mid-late september, I had a substitute a . Brew was unventful as far as problems go.
Fermented well, his all my numbers...etc.
I kegged this thing in early October (cannot find my notes).

After carbonation, the first few days, the brew was not so good. But then it seemed to hit it's stride and I was loving his hoppy goodness. Even my wife, a self proclaimed hop head enjoyed it and it's only around 40 IBU's. I even decided this was gonna be a standby ale I keep on tap.

After about 3 weeks, this beer has died. I mean every single ounce of flavor and hoppiness is gone. It's golden water.

Equipment wise in the keezer..they are all brand new lines and faucets, keezer is kept at 38'ish degrees by a controller. CO2 is constant at 10psi.

What would cause this flavor collapse?

Nope. Even the wife said "this tastes like miller lite now. What happened?"

my guess is an infection, have you noticed any change in the carbonation, more specifically more carbonation, I've tasted an infected beer that had the exact same problem, no sour taste or even a specific off flavor to speak of, just a complete robbery of all flavor, hops and malt, gone. they were in bottles so it was easier to see, when you opened one it would just spout foam for about 45 minutes. you tasted it and it just tasted like carbonated water, and it was also a moderately hoppy pale.

Can't say there's any carbonation difference. Bear in mind, this is kegged and under 10 psi (if that matters).

Infection was my concern too...Beer started off great as the bugs started growing, changed the beer.

Any other opinions?

Shake the keg. Is there ice in there? I have had two kegs freeze in the past month and guess what... flavor = Hella screwed.

This is a new keezer set up and while screwing with the controller to set it up, I did freeze this keg for about 2 or 3 day. But it thawed out. Would that damage take a week or two to "show up" on the taste side?

Good call Weenie Boy. While the beer was frozen or partially frozen you were drinking concentrated beer since some portion of the water was frozen. When that frozen water eventually melted, you ended up with a watered down version of your beer.

Tasty
