Brooklyner-Schneider

Tue Jun 08, 2010 11:30 am

Been asked by a friend, if I could come up whit a Brooklyn-Schneider hopfen weissen clone -
Not being the big Wheat or bock expert, but not wanting to say no to my friend, i`ve landed myself a bit of a problem..

Anybody made a good clone of this ?? im all-grain brewing, and have plenty of temp. control for fermentation...

Im drinking mine and it is very good. I have my recipe listed in the thread above. Mine is the german version(attempt that is). After 3 solid months of lagering it really is starting to come into its own.
On Deck: Bier de Garde, Northern German Pils
In Fermenters: Homegrown Pale Ale
in keg: Octoberweizen, Dusseldorf Alt
