I have a clone for this beer that is pretty right on as it is, but it lacks some sort of hop crispness. Anyone else try to clone this mu'fuck?

Do you think the lack of Hop Crispness is water/mineral related?

11 gallons to fermenter
SG - 1.055
41 IBU
5% ABV

20lb German Pils
.75lb Germ Munich
1 lb Table Sugar
3.50oz BKG @60
1.25 NB @ 10
1.25 NB @1
