I am trying to make a nice grapefruity version of Denny's ryepa and would like some feedback on this hop schedule.
1 oz Mt Hood FWH
1 oz Mt Hood @ 60
1 oz Cascade @ 20
.5 oz Amarillo @ 10
1 oz Cascade @ 10
.5 oz Amarillo @ 5
1 oz Cascade @ 0
1 oz Simcoe @ 0

I don't like the earthy vegetal flavor I get from dry hopping so I am leaving it out on this one.

personally, i would keep the hop schedule the same as dennys, just replacing the mt.hood with cascade

I considered that but I do not like Columbus. Too dank and rough for me.
