Pitching dregs in a Flanders Red

This is my first question for the BN Army, also preparing for my first buggy beer. I have read a lot about infected and wild beers in the forum, and one theme is using the bugs from other breweries dregs. The BCS Flanders Red calls for Roeselare in the secondary. I will have 1 bottle of Cantillon Bruocsella 1900 Grand Cru dregs. 1- Are these bugs appropriate for Flanders Red? 2- Is one bottle of these dregs enough for 5 gallons, if not how many would be? Dregs are a great method to get a different funk complexity going besides what one can get from either WY or WLP. Your best bet would be to order some WY Roselare which is now year round release and add the dregs to secondary to make the beer more complex. In that case one bottle would work, but more is better. The Cantillon is more of a lambic base dreg than the profile for a flanders red. But IME, the added complexity from the dregs would help to make your beer even better. You could always make a small starter from the dregs to pitch as well.
