Since we are coming into the home stretch of Well Maple Syrup season I have decided that i want to brew something with some maple syrup. I have been leaning towards a Maple Pale Ale, but an amber ale might work too. Does anyone in the army out there have a solid recipe using maple syrup? Below is a recipe I threw together a minute ago, is this too much syrup or too little? I'm fairly new to building my own recipe's so feel free to give me shit if the one below looks horrible.
