I need a huge starter.....

so I figured I would brew one I could drink...

95% castle pils
4% Sepcial B
1% c80

20 ibu EKG
7 ibu Saaz

1000 ml Forbidden fruit yeast starter

What do you all think....This seems like a fairly drinkable belgian pale???

Looks good! I brewed JZ's recipe earlier this fall (but doubled the biscuit malt) and was pleased. After a good lagering time it cleaned up nicely with an easy drinking aspect. The forbidden fruit yeast looks like a nice addition to the grist too!

If my brief research is correct, this yeast would produce a beer similar in flavor profile to beers produced by Hoegarden.
