Brooklyn Lager?

Tue Sep 22, 2009 4:44 am

Does anyone have a clone recipe for Brooklyn Lager? I got some info from the brewery's site but I do not have enough experience to create the recipe.
Info is: MALT- American 2 row
Hops- Hallertauer, Vanguard, Cascade
ABV- 5.2%
OG- 1.053
There must be something more to the grain bill than just 2-row.

The "Read More" link on their site indicates it's Vienna style amber lager and something about caramal malts lingering in the finish. So my guess would be 60L Caramunich for steeping or mashing. Probably 1/2 lb. in five gallons or 5% if you are all-grain.

I saw that and thought it might be a crystal malt.
Well, I guess no one has tried to clone this one.
