I'm looking to brew a British mild in the spirit of JZ's recipe here:
http://beerdujour.com/Recipes/Jamil/The ... _Mild.html
Instead of picking up some E. Kent Goldings (AA 5%) can I sub something I have around the house with limited ill effects?
These are used at 60 min only.
Here's what I have:
1 oz Mt Hood (5.2% AA)
2 oz Cascade (7.5% AA)
2 oz Magnum (14.4% AA)
1.5 oz Simcoe (12.2% AA)
1.5 oz Amarillo (8.6% AA)
Thanks in advance,
-Greg
