Looks good to me...
I'm going to brew something similar tomorrow, but do a 5 gal batch and use extract (don't have the full day for AG). It's basically a yeast starter for a dubbel, tripel, etc. and should taste great!
8 lb light LME
.75 lb Caramunich 60
.25 lb Biscuit
.25 lb Special B
30 g styrian Goldings, 60 min
10 g Yakima Goldings, 0 min
WLP 500

Well I brewed it up a couple of weeks ago. It is crashing now. The hydro sample tasted great. I fermented on the low end of the spectrum (64) because I knew that WLP500 can get a little too fruity. It has a definite fruit aroma but not over the top. Mine is also a yeast starter for a Dubbel and a Dark strong. Let me know how yours turns out.

personally I like using marris otter for my base malt cause it gives it a wonderful bready character that is very common in these styles.

Try using French/Belgian pale ale malt some time. I used to use Pils for these but now use Franco-Belges Malterie pale malt and save the Pils for all the other Belgian styles.
